For most single-family homes in our area, a complete asphalt-shingle install takes 1–2 days. Metal and tile roofs take 3–5 days. Weather can extend that — we always reschedule if it rains.
Do I need to be home during installation?+
No, but it's helpful to be available by phone in case we find anything unexpected when we tear off the old roof (rot, soft decking, etc). We document everything with photos.
What materials do you install?+
Asphalt shingles, standing seam metal, modified bitumen flat roofs, and tile. We can recommend the right material for your home, budget, and how long you plan to stay there.
Is my old roof covered under warranty?+
New roofs come with the manufacturer warranty on materials (20-50 years depending on product) plus our 12-year labor warranty. If something fails, we make it right.
What about my landscaping and gutters?+
We tarp every garden bed before tear-off, place plywood walkways for foot traffic, and do a full magnet sweep for nails. Gutters get cleaned out as part of the job.
